Point<br>1) 紫斑はその大きさにより，点状出血（petechiae），斑状出血（ecchymosis），びまん性出血（suggillation）に分けられる．<br>2) 凝固系の異常による紫斑は血小板や血管の異常の場合と比較して大きく，また点状出血として発症することは稀である．<br>3) 紅斑や毛細血管拡張は硝子圧により退色するが，点状出血は圧迫によっても退色することは無い．<br>4) アレルギー性紫斑病では，下腿を中心に左右対称性の隆起性の点状出血斑が見られる．
