Description
Point<br>（1）HITはヘパリンの副作用であるので，医原病として認識する．<br>（2）HITの臨床診断として，「4項目スコア方式によるHITの臨床診断」を活用する（表1）．<br>（3）HITの可能性が高いと，HIT確認検査のための採血を実施し，検査の結果を待つまでもなく，ヘパリンの中止と代替の抗凝固剤を開始する．
