Description
In order to reduce the critical current density J_<c0> of current induced magnetization reversal, CPP-GMR devises with heusler alloys were fabricated. J_<c0> of CPP-GMR devise with Co_2MnGe is 1.6×10^7 [A/cm^2] and J_<c0> of CPP-GMR devise with Co_<75>Fe_<25> is 2.2×10^7 [A/cm^2]. Using heusler alloys, we successfully achieved the reduction of the critical current density.
