Abstract

In this paper, we consider an adjacent triangle-(m, n) : F triangular lattice system. This system consists of m×n components, which are arranged on the rectangular grid. This system fails if and only if 3 components fail on at least one triangle. In this paper, we propose a useful method for the reliability of an adjacent triangle-(m, n) : F triangular lattice system. First, we propose the way of transforming an adjacent triangle-(m, n) : F triangular lattice system with a kind of connected-X-out- of-(m, n) : F lattice system. Next, we propose a recursive algorithm for the reliability of our proposed exchange system.
