It was noticed that the fundamental molding of many industrial products was boxy, and the system which supports the molding of the boxy product was made. In the previous report, portable telephone was taken up as an example of the boxy product, and the simulation which obtained the molding plan using the system was carried out. The result was examined, and validity of the system, etc. was reported. This time, the new system was constructed based on the research result of previous report. Considering ambiguity and nonlinearity on the design, the fuzzy reasoning was applied in order to calculate the value given in the parameter, this time too. By present development, the molding support of not boxy product became possible by doing the processing operation of the hexahedron of the unequal edge. As a product case, the body shape of hydraulic excavators was taken up, and the simulation which created the molding plan was carried out. The result was examined from the viewpoint of the designer, and it was shown that the system might be useful for the designer.
