抄録

Virtual Hollywood is the program to reform the corporate culture that Fuji Xerox began in 1999. The program was named Virtual Hollywood because it aims to inspire customers with highvalue-added scenarios based on a virtual framework that transcends traditional barriers such as organization and generation, much the same way a film endeavors to inspire a large audience. Every spring, teams are formed with people from across different functions in a company. Directors who define the themes recruit people by presenting own thoughts and people join the team based on one's own intentions and ideas. Virtual Hollywood encourages groups ccccccvcfvcvof employees from all levels and functions to band together to integrate knowledge, fusing "ideas" and "capabilities" to propel development on corporate work and personal levels while in full consideration of the customers' point of view. People act as a team irrespective of conventional barriers to promote change and improvement ; create a plan, make a presentation and conduct trials for realization of their ideas through a year. Virtual Hollywood Program is to nurture a constantly evolving corporate philosophy and culture at All-Fuji Xerox. Incorporated in this idea is the need to develop personnel, vitalize the organization, produce solid results and make an innovation.
