Abstract
The Bridgman process, one of the single-crystal growth techniques, is expected to be stably operated free from disturbances if operations without moving ampoule and furnace are realized.<BR>To this end, we regarded the Bridgman process control system as a distributed parameter system in this work. Both simulation and experiment showed favorable control performance. As a result of experiments, good anthracene single crystals were obtained.
