Electronic circuit schemes are mainly composed of straight lines, and among their lines, it is considered that horizontal and slant lines are important to figure component. In this paper, we propose the method for tracking efficiently their lines and generating their data of line elements by using a line sensor. Since a line by line processing is used in this approach, it requires only a few memory space for image. By means of labeling process, it is possible to track many lines at the same time and to get a incident relation between two lines easily.
