Abstract
3D visualization of the structural change of the protein is helpful for comprehension of the characteristrics of the protein. This paper proposes a new method applying the multiple root tree data structure to molecular modeling. With computer graphics techniques, spatial structurally evolution of the protein can be represented on the computer. this method is effective to illustrate a protein behavior under different spatial structure and to compress the data.
