BARCO has been installing the different type of high resolution Iarge display systems utilized BARCO projectors in Japan, Europe and USA for mainly simulation and virtual reality applications. In this paper I would like to introduce the type of display systems and their features, negative and positive points as well as the benefits of BARCO projection systems. Although there are several different type of projection systems, I described mainly projection systems in which CRT projectors are used because CRT systems are commonly used for simulation and virtual reality systems.
