Description
In this paper, we propose a signal processing technique to reduce the noise level of CMOS image sensors. The proposed method uses high-speed non-destructive readout mode of active pixel CMOS image sensors, noise feedback column amplification, and least square noise estimation. The input-referred noise can be reduced to less than 3 electrons.
