Abstract
In the continuous template matcing method, adopting the bilinear interpolation model in the waveform domainleads to the interpolation of cross correlation coefficients with the third order B-spline function. This paper presents the relationship between the accuracy of displacement detection and required Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) in the contiuous template matching method with the first to 10-th order B-spline interpolation models.
