Abstract
OFDM is a digital modulation scheme that multiplexes many orthogonaly arranged sub-carriers and it can achieve efficient spectrum utilization. However its performance is degraded under severe multipath fading environments. The pre-coded OFDM transmission is an effective scheme in order to improve performance of OFDM under frequency selective fading channels. We have already proposed an iterative detection of pre-coded OFDM scheme and good performance was confirmed. In this report, performance of an iterative detection of pre-coded OFDM combined with block code is analyzed. As the result of simulation, better performance was confirmed under severe fading.
