Abstract
Equipment for 3D shape measurement with compact size and fast measurement speed are required in wide industrial fields. We proposed shape measurement by a light source stepping method (LSSM) to realize these requirements. This method performs phase-shifting with switching the light source position. The equipment using this method consists only light sources and a grating glass. It is possible to measure the shape so fast and make the device compact using this method. In this paper, we use high-speed camera We conducted 3times phase-shift so the result is 3D image of 4kHz. And we check the accuracy of the results and measure the moving object.
