Abstract

In this paper, a Push-Push oscillator array using Variable Phase Shift Coupling Circuit (VSPCC) is presented. The oscillator array consists of reflection-type push-push oscillator and VSPCC. The VSPCC consists of a CPW resonator and varactor diodes. The phase difference between the output signals of the oscillators is a controlled by the bias voltage of the varactor diodes in the coupling circuit. The basic performance of the oscillator array using two push-push oscillators is confirmed experimentally.
