Abstract
In this paper, we will discuss about a 3 taps lock-in pixel with the structure of a lateral electric field modulation (LEFM). A large-area high-speed photodiode for charge transfer is utilized to reduce the power consumption of a semiconductor integrated circuit and the dark current arising from the multiple connections of floating diffusions. The Simulation results of the charge transfer behaviors of the 3 taps lock-in pixel will be presented.
