Description
The reception rectifying circuit of the wireless power transmission system composed of the unbalanced fed ultra low profile inverted L antenna on a rectangular conducting plane is studied. The half-wave double voltage rectifying circuit with two schottky diodes is proposed and analyzed numerically. The design frequency is 2.45GHz. The size of rectifying circuit is 32.8mm by 24mm. The input impedances of receiving antenna and rectifying circuit are matched to 50 ohms by adjusting the position and length of short stub. The return loss bandwidth larger than 10dB is 150MHz. In the case of lossless transmission line, the output DC voltage becomes 5.33V for input AC voltage of 3V.
