Abstract

In this study, we hypothecated that rapid increase of peer reviewed natural scientific papers or registered patents exist before markets of science-based industry start substantially, because the growth of the industry strongly depends on progress of natural science. In a predicable way, rapid increase curve of the papers and the patents similar to product life cycle (PLC), are observed in time series and advantageous technologies for full fledged industry growth, appear.
