Abstract
We examined effects of temporal frequency of pitch oscillation of characters in reading on visually-induced sickness. Elevation of SSQ score and reading time were measured. The frequency that induced the largest elevation in SSQ was different from that of vestibular stimulation. Difficulty of reading induced only smaller sickness.
