抄録

Methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide and/or ethyl mercaptan, n-propyl mercaptan, diethyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, methional, pyrrole, N-methyl pyrrole, N-ethyl pyrrole, N-n-propyl pyrrole, N-isopropyl pyrrole, N-n-butyl pyrrole, N-isobutyl pyrrole, N-n-amyl pyrrole and N-isoamyl pyrrole were identified in the head space vapours released from mercuric chloride-complex salts of tobacco smoke by means of GC and GC-MS, and these compounds were noticed to be off-flavor factors affecting the smoking quality.
