Abstract
The outcomes assessment is to determine how the organization has achieved its missions and objectives. A major mission of college and university libraries is to support students learning. So outcomes assessment of college and university libraries should address how students' learning is improved by their contacts with library resources and services. Lately college and university libraries in United States have started to assess the library outcomes by focusing on students' information literacy. The methodology and indicators to identify how much the library contributes to the students' attainment however have not been fully developed. The aim of this research is to investigate the relativeness between students' library usage and learning outcomes. A survey on library usage and learning results of college graduates was conducted. Its result shows positive correlation between library usage and learning outcomes.
