Description
レーザーとレーザーとの間の差周波数を広範囲に測定するために,光領域の周波数コム発生器;を開発した.モノリシック共振器型の光周波数コム発生器を用い,フTHzの範囲に広がる光周波数コムが発生したことを示した.さらに,発生させた光周波数コムに含まれる側波帯の一つに他方のレーザー光を位相同期させ, 0.5THzの周波数間隔をもつ2台のレーザー問の差周波数と位相を安定化させることに成功した.光周波数コム発生器は光通信や,高精度物理計測への広い分野へ応用が可能である.
