抄録

<p>Near-carrier phase noise characteristics of the reference oscillation circuits in the mobile communication systems constantly need to be improved. We have developed the oscillators for the SC-cut with the partial electrodes, and it succeeded in reducing the phase noise. Experimental results show that the phase noise was greatly improved when the partial electrodes were used.</p>
