Abstract
The adaptive assist control generated motor assist map which can the most efficiently use the HV system from running environment and operation of the driver, battery state of charge that time automatically was developed. It is shown that it reduced variance of the improvement of fuel economy effect of HV in which the operation of the driver varies in this control, and again, that it can reduce the fuel consumption in comparison with the conventional control for various running patterns such as urban district and traffic congestion more by simulation and experimental vehicle.
