- EVGCを用いた都市間高速鉄道プロジェクトの便益評価に関する研究
Abstract
In this study, we described the necessity to consider the timetable and frequency which influence the facility for the intercity transportation. So, we define the EVGC as the indicator for intercity accessibility, which can reflect the timetable and frequency, and we verify the usefulness of the EVGC. Targetting the Hokuriku Shinkansen, we set up the three types of the timetable, then, we measure the user's and the supplier's benefits respectively using the EVGC and the minimum generalized costs. As the result, the timetable that is the most suitable for the supplier is not always the most suitable for soceity.
