To bring about progress motorization, traffic jam occur to daily especially in the center of the city when they go to their office. This paper surveyed for a social experiment with staggered office hours, how did employee and manager change their consciousness to the system. As a result, benefited people of this system, shortening of commute time and decrease of tiredness, approve of it. If the manager, too, carry out sufficient measure, it arise little problem. In a word, knowledge of the system goes up by a experience, it can express very effective.
