PNET（Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor）は，元来中枢神経系に発生し，神経系への分化に乏しい，小型の腫瘍細胞の均一な増殖よりなる非常に稀な腫瘍群である．今回われわれは，肺内の腫瘤で発見されたPNETの1例を経験したので，報告する．<br>
