Abstract

Afundamental investigation was performed on a histochemical nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) reduction test in canine neutrophils.<BR>The results suggest that a 15 min incubation period and a 100μg/ml endotoxin concentration are suitable for resting and stimulated NBT reduction tests in canine neutrophils.
