説明

1, 684 sera from 211 patients with various liver diseases diagnosed by histology were tested by the passive hemagglutination (PHA) assay for anti-HBs. The incidence of anti-HBs in these patients was 32.7%. Anti-HBs was detected more frequently in the cases with severe or extensive liver injury than in the cases with slight injury, and more often in the patients with active form of viral hepatitis.
