抄録

Purification of Z protein from human liver is described. On the purification step, acidic and basic organic anion binding protein are separated. The acidic Z protein has a molecular weight of approximately 11, 000 dalton and isoelectric point of about 5.8. Using anti-acidic Z protein antibody and radioimmunoassay method, quantitation of acidic Z protein in the normal liver is performed. 1g of normal liver contains 0.86mg and normal human sera contain 38.8±15.1 (SD) of acidic Z protein.
