説明

We observed that 3, 4-bis-[p-(β-diethylaminoethoxy)-phenyl] hexan (DH) accumulated in whole organs, and it produced lipid metabolism disturbance and membranous cytoplasmic bodies (MCB). Because etafenone hydrochloride (DP) has diethylaminoethoxy radical, these experiments were taken.<BR>Donryu rats (90 males and 90 females) were administrated DP (10mg/kg/day and 50 mg/kg/day) for 90 and 180 days.<BR>Liver lipids were measured by Folch method, and they were divided into fructions with silicic column chromatography. And sterol ester, triglyceride and phospholipid were analysed on the composition of fatty acid by gas chromatograply. In these results, no abnormal changes were found.<BR>Electronmicroscopically, a few MCB were observed, but there was no difference between experimental and control groups.<BR>DP was not detected in the liver homogenate by UV method and TLC method.
