説明

A 90-year-old woman case with tense bulla and erythema multiforme-like eruption induced by camostat mesylate is reported. The drug eruption was accompanied by the decreased number of peripheral WBC and RBC. The histologic examination revealed the epidermal necrosis and subepidermal blister. LST was found to be positive 3 weeks after the onset of drug eruption. After stopping the drug, shewas treated with betamethasone and healed within 3 weeks.
