抄録

A patient with a long-standing psoriasis vulgaris had been treated with ocdlusive dressing technique (applied Betnevate cream* and covered with Saran Wrap), followed by contact dermatitis Positive patch test reactions (equal to (++) reaction or more) were obtained with Saran Wrap and Kre Wrap. He was then patch-tested with the plastic film (without the additional agents) and each of the additive of Saran Wrap, in order to determine the causative material. All of them showed negative reactions.<BR>Twenty-eight out-patiens who visited our clinic were also patch-tested with four Wraps and there were no positive reactions.
