Abstract

Erythema papulatum centrifugum is a recurrent erythematopapular skin disease. Trunks of middle aged males are mainly involved in the summer. And the lesions have the tendency to form the annular appearances with central regressions.<BR>This report showed a 66 years old male who had two pruritic erythematopapular lesions on his abdomial wall (Fig. 1). The eruptions had appeared every summer of recent three years. The main histological findings are the partial spongiosis in the epidermis and the capillary dilatations with few lymphoid cell infiltrations.
