One case of warty dyskeratoma located the upper part of right thigh of the patient 22 years aged male was reported here.<BR>The skin manifestations were obtainable as a appearance of “porokeratosis Mibelli”, however, on the contrally, histopatholgicalfindings showed as a benign type dyskeratosis which resembled to Darier's disease.<BR>From our case andreferences, some statisticalfindings and histopathogenesis of this disorder were discussed on this paper.
