説明

A 46-year-old woman had a black colored tumor on her left leg. The tumor began to grow in the last three months and it was excised. Histologically, tumor cells were typical poroid cells, but tumor nests were located enterly within the dermis, where the tumor cells contained melanin granules. EMA stain were used to establish the origin of the tumor from eccrine gland. Some tumor cells were EMA positive. Some were PAS positive.
