Description

Three cases of granuloma annulare were reported here. Case 1 was 5-year-old girlon her hands, feet and trunk, case 2 was 5-year-old girl on chest and extremities and case 3 was 25-year-old woman on her fingers. Histopathologically case 1 and case 2 showed complete and case 3 exhibited incomplete collagenous degeneration surrounded by inflammatory cell infiltrations. The eruptions of case 1 and 2 were absorbed spontaneously after biopsy, but those of case 3 were unknown because of no chance to examine further more.<BR>We have discussed prognosis of this disease in particular, considering references Many cases showed spontaneous diminishing of eruptions so often that there is little difference between treated cases and non-treated ones.
