Description

In three patients, an ultrasonography was undertaken for congenital choledochal cyst. The state of dilatation of the common bile duct was compared with the clinical course. We had an opportunity to perform ultrasonography five times in one patient during sex months before operation which provided an interesting result. It is important to select a suitabe diagnostic method to identify the character of the cystic dilatation in this disease and ultrasonography is the choice.
