Abstract

Colpomicroscopy is a kind of microccopy to detect eary cancer of the cervix. The author studied cellular changes including number of nuclear and morphological cellular aspects from various points of views day by day using colpomicroscopy (125 times) .<BR>At the same time the author compared those findings as above mentioned with clinical functional state of the ovary.<BR>Judging from the cellular changes in the cervix, microscopy is very sueful to estimate accurate ovulation and also worthy of careful judgement about sexual cycle.<BR>As colpomicroscopy is easy to handle and be able to follow daily epitheliar changes in the cervix, it will be more valuable to method for an alyziry real functional state of the ovary.
