Description

We report the case of a 53-year-old man who presented with complaints of pain and eczema in his left nipple over 6 months. His dermatologist performed a biopsy of this lesion and diagnosed him as having ductal cancer. A modified radical mastectomy of the left breast was performed, and histopathological findings revealed n0, estrogen receptor (ER) positive Paget's disease. 9 years later, followed by 5 years adjuvant therapy with tamoxifen, he suffered the same symptom in his right nipple. Scrape cytology examination revealed findings of malignancy, necessitating a right simple mastectomy and sentinel lymph node biopsy. Histopathological examination revealed ER and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) positive Paget's disease. Surveilance following administration of tamoxifen therapy for 5 years revealed no recurrence.<BR>Bilateral Paget's disease of the male breast is extremely rare only three cases have been reported globally.
