Abstract
Complaints appeared after surgery were studied in thirty-two cases of cervical diseases. Anterior approaches of the surgery had tendency to frequent postsurgical complaints in comparison with posterior approaches. Many complaints, which were not counted on JOA score, appeared after surgery. We must evaluate not only postsurgical results according to JOA score, but also various complaints appeared in postsurgical course.
