Abstract
1. A case of intractable, chronic compartment syndrome of the bilateral legs was presented.
2. The intractable course of this condition in this case seems to be attributable to insufficient decompression and nerve injury during percutaneous fasciotomy.
3. Intramuscular pressure was measured with a needle manometer.
