抄録

We experienced a rare case of malignant lymphoma which caused a right radial nerve palsy. Biopsy of the tumor led to a diagnosis of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, T cell type.<br>There have been only three cases reported of a peripheral nervous system lymphoma.<br>This case had the following features;<br>1) Initial symptom was a right posterior interosseous nerve paralysis.<br>2) The patient was a 40-year-old healthy male.<br>3) This was a rare T-cell type of malignant lymphoma.<br>4) The diagnosis of peripheral nervous malignant lymphoma was difficult to make in the early stages.
