Japas in 1968 was reviewed.<br>Our cases were poliomylitis 2 and cerebral palsy I, and their types of feet were anterior pes cavus deformity. Six weeks after operation, plaster cast was removed for roentogenographic examination. At this time, healing after V-osteotomy had occured and weightbearing was permitted.
