Y. I. A boy 12yrs old had polyostotic fibrous dysplasia and cafe-au-lait pigmentation on the neck, back, inguinal area, buttocks. and only Alkaliphosphatase markedly increased in examination of blood, serum and urine.<br>There were also no partiular abnormal findings in each pituitary, thyroid, adrenocortical function except a slight decreass of cortisol in blood.<br>Precocious puberty was not found in this case as in the girl with Albright Syndrome.
