Abstract

A foreign body in children's vagina is fairly rare, and difficult to be diagnosed.<BR>Our patient was a 4-years-old girl who had continuous green purulent vaginal discharge for six months. With X-ray film and recto-vaginal examination, we found a metalic bell in her vagina, which, however, was easily removed under general anesthesia.
