Abstract

We investigated the participation of synthetic polymer in the process of fibrinogen to fibrin conversion by using “ Modified microsphere column method ” and “ Circular dichroism and ultraviolet spectroscopy method ”. It was found that the process of fibrin formation, which play an important role for designing non-thrombogenic materials, could be controled by some synthetic polymers.
