It is the purpose of this experiment to show behaviors of N, P and K in granulated compound fertilizers in silicagel and soil cell plate. The result of the experiment may be summarized as follows. Each elements showed apparently wavey, diffusion movement for a short period in silicagel, and its order of speed was P, K&N. The distribution curve of available-N on field condition in volcanic ash soil was normal centering applied situation of fertilizer, but available-P was only observed here and near here for marked fixation. It was revealed with pH variation and available-P distribution in soil that the diffusion_ rate decreased in following order, sandy soil, alluvial soil, volcanic ash soil, but contrary to this, the fixation increased at all. The order of relative diffusion speed of K among eight compound fertilizers followed high proportion of N:P:K-urea ammonium phosphate-, ammonium nitrate-, ammonium sulfate・superphosphate-form.
