Abstract

Clinical studies were made on the effect of Ethambutol (EB). Cases with severe pulmonary tuberculosis, 102 in number, who showed continuous bacilli discharge and were resist a nt to 10mcg of SM and 0.1 mcg of INH, were treated by EB for 2 to 37 months. Time and length o f EB treatment in these 102 cases were shown in Fig.1.
