Abstract

Many studies have been reported on the relation between the right ventricular hypertrophy and clinical signs or ECG findings, using the thickness-estimating-method of the right ventricular wall. This method, however, has disadvantage that dilation of the right ventricle may be accompanied with hypertrophy. In this paper, the attitude of the right ventricle in pulmonary tuberculosis was studied using the weight-estimating method in correlation to clinical matters including ECG findings.
